The project is located on the San Francisco State University ca mpus south of Holloway Avenue on Block 6, requiring the demolition of existing apartment housing previously constructed as part of the Park Merced development. The new mixed-use development will include parking, retail, student amenities & s upport spaces, and residential units. The housing development will have 169 residential units, 260,000 GSF of Type I, concret e-frame construction with 6 levels and 8 levels above-grade and a parking garage with utility areas on Level 1.
